What this drill trains

Yaku training shows a winning hand, with the winning tile marked and calls shown apart. Select every hand yaku that applies. Use round and seat labels when they appear. No-yaku hands are never dealt. Riichi, ippatsu, and dora are not options.

How to practice

  1. Pick Simple, Medium, or Hard, then start. Simple is tanyao, pinfu, iipeikou, and the three dragons. Medium adds winds and higher hand yaku. Hard adds chinitsu and yakuman.
  2. Check every yaku that applies. Combined yaku all count, so tanyao plus pinfu means both. Submit with Space or Enter.
  3. A miss lists the answer, a one-line note, and your checks. Timed mode is 30 seconds. One miss ends the round.

How to read the answer

A hit shows yaku names. A miss shows the answer beside your checks, each with a one-line condition. The full list is in Yaku guide
