Score Table Guide
Last updated: 2026-06-18After fu and han you look up base points on the table—practical companion to Scoring Basics.
Table Layout
Typically:
- Rows: han (1 han through mangan / yakuman)
- Columns: fu (20–70 etc.)
- Cell: base points
At mangan (2000 base) and above, many tables use fixed rows.
Dealer vs Child
| Win | Payment |
|---|---|
| Child ron | Discarder pays base × 4 |
| Dealer ron | Discarder pays base × 6 |
| Child tsumo | Dealer pays base × 2; others pay base × 1 |
| Dealer tsumo | Each child pays base × 2 |
Round to 100-point units per rules.
Example: 2 han 25 fu
Seven pairs → base 1600 → child ron 6400 (below mangan). Fu: Fu Basics, han: Counting Han.
